Service Description

Boiler servicing starts from £140 for an annual check-up to keep your boiler working efficiently and to maintain your extended warranty.

Scope of boiler servicing

- gas tightness test, gas pressures at the meter and at the gas valve, adjustments to gas valve pressures

- safety devices checked for correct operation

- combustion analysis and adjustments, flue checked for leaks

- cleaning heat exchanger (if required)

- visual inspection to flue and pipework

- cleaning : magnetic filters, strainers, and condensate traps

- checking expansion vessel for correct operation and pressure and adjustment if required

- checking primary system pressure and adjustment if required

- electrical checks of boiler and controls including safety checks

- checks to insulation and seals

Any parts that need to be replaced will be added to the parts charges on the invoice.

If there are parts required we will inform you before any further work will be carried out.
